Embedding your DataVoid Forms is simple and easy to do. 

Step 1: After creating your form on DataVoid Forms, save your form.
Step 2: Go to your form settings and open publish options(a share icon)
Step 3: From the various options, like form links choose embed form option.
Step 4: You can embed form with and without DataVoid Branding. Choose the option that you like.(Displaying our branding will be a huge support for us!)
Step 5:  Copy the embed code and place it in your site. Thats it!

Note: There are various embed form options like popup, new window, page embed etc.
